A Montgomery Township couple reported an elderly man in a pink Polo shirt trespassed on their Cherry Valley property and yelled racial slurs at them on Thursday, July 4, police said.
MONTGOMERY TOWNSHIP POLICE are looking for this man. He was last seen in the Cherry Valley section of the township.
Police responded to a home in Cherry Valley at 8:44 pm after the residents reported a bias harassment complaint. The Montgomery Township couple told police the incident occurred about 6:45 pm on the 4th of July, when they observed an elderly male in their backyard. When the couple confronted the male, he engaged in a verbal argument and yelled a racial slur at them. The male spoke with an accent, police said.
The suspect left the property, but was observed again by the couple walking through their neighborhood.
The male was last observed wearing jeans, a pink polo shirt, glasses, and a camouflage-style baseball cap.
