Dear Allen - you and Hope were overwhelmingly kind to me when I was going through a very difficult time. I rented the upstairs apartment for about six months before I bought my current townhome in Montgomery Woods. You made me feel very comfortable, even trusted me with your house key to access the laundry, I really loved my time there thanks to you both. I remember your telling me that sitting on the front porch with your coffee was the best place to be in the whole world. With sympathy for your loss. Fay Lachmann
