Montgomery police and EMS responded to a three-car accident on Route 206 in Skillman, between Montgomery Road and Sycamore Lane, involving a head-on collision with serious injuries on Sunday, March 3 at 2:46 pm.

A police investigation found that Oksana Semyrozum, 43, of Hillsborough was driving south on Route 206 in a 2015 Toyota Prius. She drove on the shoulder of the highway to pass vehicles that were stopped on the single-lane state highway. When Semyrozum re-entered the lane of travel, she made contact with the front passenger side corner of a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder, which was being operated by John A. Horton, 47, of Hillsborough.

Semyrozum then crossed over the centerline, and entered the northbound lane of travel, where she had a head-on collision with a northbound 2018 Toyota Tacoma operated by Desiree Leboeuf, 49, of Canton, NY.

Semyrozum and her front seat passenger, Alex Kuzmin, 43, of Hillsborough, suffered upper body injuries. A 6-year-old rear seat passenger sustained a suspected broken leg. A 10-year-old rear seat passenger was uninjured. EMS transported the injured to RWJUH-New Brunswick for treatment.

Leboeuf and her 46-year-old passenger, Anna Sorensen of Canton, NY, in the Toyota Tacoma sustained bodily injuries. They were transported to Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center for treatment.

Horton, the driver of the Pathfinder, was not injured.
