Rocky Hill Day —October 5

Schedule of events:

3 pm Yoga. Yoga at Borough Hall near the soccer field. PFW will be leading the class. Bring your yoga mat! 4:30 pm Parade. The parade will begin promptly at 4:30 pm and run from the firehouse to borough hall. Please have your children and dogs at the firehouse by 4:15 pm if they wish to participate in the parade. Prizes for best dog costume and best bike decorations! Road closures on County Route 518 and Montgomery Ave will be in effect, please plan ahead accordingly. 5 pm: Rocky Hill Borough Hall

Children's activities:

We will have kickball games, face painting, a bouncy house, mechanical horse, and a knight in armor for the children to challenge.

The Rocky Hill Fire Department and Rocky Hill First Aid & Rescue Squad will have vehicles on display.

Food:

Rocky Hill First Aid & Rescue Squad will be hosting a grill out.

Chili Cook Off: Bring your best chili! Chef Evan of Rocky Hill Inn will be judging.

Or bring your favorite dish or drink to share.

An ice cream truck will visit, and we will have cake to celebrate the First Aid Squad's 70th Anniversary!

Music:

Lomax Lane will perform around 6 pm. Open mic and karaoke as well, so bring your instruments and singing voices!

Raffle:

Baskets with prizes donated by our amazing local businesses. Proceeds benefiting the First Aid Squad in honor of their 70th anniversary. Winner will be drawn just before the movie begins. Movie and Camping: A family friendly movie will start around 7:30 pm. Camping is still on! Bring your own chairs, tents, etc.
