20-Minutes to a Healthier Life

October 27, 2022

The Exercise Coach hosted the Montgomery Business Association at their new location in Skillman on October 5.

Montgomery business owners got to know one another better as husband-wife team Tom and Kim Swietek and their personal trainers gave free lessons on how to use the equipment. Most interesting is the concept that it only takes 20 minutes to complete an exercise session.

Exercise Coach is for “busy people who do not have a lot of time to get into the gym,” Kim explained. Clients are as young as a 16-year-old Montgomery High School golfer who wants to strengthen his swing, to an 80-year-old retired woman.

Exercise smarter, not longer

The workout combines the science of how muscles work with state-of-the-art hydraulic exercise machines. “It uses cables that you push or pull during the exercise. The hydraulic system reacts to the level for force you provide to engage the target muscles. The more force you apply, the greater resistance the machine supplies,” Tom Swietek said.
